I have been involved with property all my working life both as a principal of a multi-office Estate Agency Group, Director of Corporate Estate Agency chain and Regional Director of the Marine and Country Sales for the West Country's Largest Independent Estate Agent. Property – new homes and their appraisal and development in particular – is as they say - 'in the blood'.

Whilst covering an area as diverse as the Southwest my primary love is Cornwall, closely followed by the Algarve which has been our regular overseas destination for some 27 years. Consequently this ‘overseas’ sector of Jackson Fine Homes operation has formed a natural expansion of our UK interests – combining work with pleasure.

Our established project and contracting team is fully supplemented by specialist tradesmen, technicians and consultants covering the full pre-development and build process from concept to completion – a bespoke service for individual and discerning purchasers or landowners.

As members of the NHBC [Reg No. 83052] we are pleased to fully abide by their strict rules, warranties and codes of conduct. Purchasers have the benefit of a 10 year NHBC Warranty on all new homes sold by our group in the UK. This is provided in the form of a Buildmark Cover following completion and regular inspections carried out during the construction process by the NHBC. Our contracting partnership is also a member of the prestigious Federation of Master Builders.
